Our services include, but are not limited to, eligibility assessments, application preparation, and representation before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

• Pay agreed fees in a timely manner as outlined in your retainer agreement.

4. Fees and Payment

Our professional fees are outlined in a written retainer agreement provided prior to commencing services. Fees are subject to change with notice. Government processing fees (paid directly to IRCC) are separate and are the client's responsibility. Refund terms are governed by the retainer agreement and applicable CICC regulations.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

Immigration decisions are made solely by government authorities. While we strive to present the strongest possible application, we cannot guarantee approval of any application or specific processing times. A previous success rate does not guarantee future results.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACMC Immigration Canada Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including application refusals or processing delays caused by government authorities.

7. Intellectual Property
